THE PROBLEM OF THE HUMAN LIFE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SPECTRUM STATE CONTROL IN THE REALM OF SEXUALITY

This article discusses the relationship between the private and the public spectrum of human life and its control provided by the state.Different forms of sexuality are taken as the example to prove the discussion. The change in the attitude of the state to the forms of sexuality based on the example of Germany of the last century is shown.
