Ph.D. in Political Science, Associate Professor at the Higher School of International Relations, Institute of Humanities, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.

In 2010 was enrolled in the Bachelor's degree program at the Department of International Relations of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, specialization «Foreign Regional Studies», graduated with honors in 2014. In the same year he was enrolled in the Master's degree program in «Foreign Regional Studies», also at the Department of International Relations of SPbPU. In 2016, he finished his master's degree with honors and started post-graduate studies, specializing in Political Science and Regional Studies, graduated with honors in 2019. In May 2020, he defended his Ph.D. thesis on «Regional peculiarities of United Nations food security policy» at St. Petersburg State University.

Since 2016 and up to now he has been working at the Higher School of International Relations, SPbPU (former Department of International Relations).Since February 01, 2021 holds the position of Associate Professor.

Scientific interests: international relations, geopolitics, activities of the United Nations, food security, diplomatic negotiations, international cooperation, foreign languages, European studies.
