CRITICISM OF THE LEGAL BASIS OF THE EUROPOCENTRISM IN THE RUSSIAN PHILOSOPHY
The paper analyzes the features of the concept of law in Russian philosophy XIX-early twentieth century. This explores the philosophy of law Slavophiles, MM Speranskii VS Solovyov, PI Novgorodtseva. It is argued that the specifics of Russian philosophy is related to the desire to emphasize the relationship of law and morality, and on this basis to justify the need to find a moral in the context of Russian social thought. The article also notes that the said Russian thinkers there is a desire to prove the difference between law and the law of the legal basis of the presence or of absence of spiritual and religious meaning in them. The author also notes that this specificity served as a prerequisite for the proof of the fundamental differences in the Russian and European civilization, past and present.
