ACTUAL ASPECTS OF THE MUSEUMS DEVELOPMENT IN THE IRA OF GLOBALIZATION
The global tendency to globalization that is reflected in rapprochement of various cultures shapes the way how the museums adapt to new conditions, both in political and economic areas. The accelerated development of IT technologies predetermined a new form of their existence – in virtual space. The development of Internet platforms offers huge potential for the museums, allowing them to attract the broadest categories of visitors. In turn escalating interest in museum collections assumes opening new exhibition spaces, including foreign museums exhibitions. Such foreign exhibitions acquire the importance of not only entertaining, but also truly scientific international centers that expand professional collaboration and support the dialogue of cultures.

MULTICULTURALISM AS THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF MODERN SOCIETY
Cross-cultural differences are becoming more and more obvious as the contacts between representatives of different cultures are developing and deepening. These differences can be observed in different aspects of people’s professional and social life, but first of all in communication. What are the right forms of address when speaking to a foreign colleague? How to greet people in different cultures? How to develop a good presentation in front of intercultural audience? There are many questions. However, there should be many answers since one answer can only be correct for one culture. It’s very important to define the areas of difference between business cultures in order to win the fight for new projects, tenders, programs and offers for the purpose of long lasting and mutually profitable cooperation. It is also of utmost significance to perceive the changing features of modern society in its new multicultural status.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE VS. GENDER EQUALITY
Digitalization will transform not only the labor market, but also the mentality. Consequently, the meritocratic approach will dominate the selection and recruitment of staff when the parameters of "sex" and "age" will no longer determine the choice of the employer. In this regard, it can be assumed that gender bias in hiring and promoting workers will disappear, and the discussion of gender equality will look like a dissonance.
But in practice, competition for jobs remains gender-based: most employers continue to be guided by gender stereotypes when hiring. The expected "transformation of mentality" did not happen. There is hope for new technologies. They are impartial and objective in contrast to the bias and limitations of expert opinion.
Actual practice has fallen short of expectations. Artificial intelligence "demonstrates" partiality, violation of the principles of gender equality. As a result, the gender nature of competition remains. What is the reason? According to experts, the bias of the" real world» forms the bias of algorithms. Is it possible to overcome the bias of artificial intelligence? According to foreign experts - probably no, than yes. But if we recognize that AI bias is not a technical problem, but a human problem, then its solution is to eliminate biases in all aspects of our private and public life.

POSITION OF WOMEN IN CHINA DURING THE GOVERNMENT OF TANG, MIN AND QIN DANASTY
The society in traditional China was patriarchal. A man played a dominant role in society; women played the role of mother and wife. The legal status of women in the Tang, Ming and Qing dynasties was determined on the basis of legislative codes. The legal status of a woman depended on her origin, social status, and her role in the family. Over the course of life, the status of women changed. During the Tang Dynasty, the position of women in society was significantly higher than in previous and subsequent dynasties. This was facilitated by the spread of Buddhism. Under the Ming Dynasty, there was a significant deterioration in the status of women. This was due to the spread of neo-Confucian principles in society. The regress in the position of a woman in society continued until the end of the Qing dynasty.
