The article considers the history of the creation of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, AIIB in Beijing within the framework of the "One belt, One road" initiative. The analysis of the main participants of bank is given. The statutory documents on the creation of AIIB are analyzed. The main management bodies of the bank are analyzed. The main concrete actions on financing the infrastructure of Asian countries are considered. The analysis of the main activities of AIIB is given.
