        <p>The article proves the need to establish the format of G-3 as a part of Russia, China and the United States. Its mission consists in a tripartite discussion of acute problems of relationships, achievement of mutually acceptable agreements on them and make recommendations to address the pressing issues of international relations. In its activities the G-3 recognizes the central global-managerial role of the UN. G-3 would act, involving other major centers of world politics, taking into account the evolving configuration of international relations and promoting the establishment of a new world order, the relevant requests, trends, trends and tracks of the current century.</p>
