THE RIGHT FOR CULTURAL HERITAGE

The genesis of the modern concept of cultural heritage (XVIII century - the beginning of the XXI century) is considered as expression of one of cultural dominants: divisions of the world on visible and invisible (material and spiritual). The Christian idea of heritage is considered as a source of all modern intuitions of cultural heritage.
