AND AGAIN IN TURKEY: SCIENTIFIC LINKS WITH RUSSIA AND DISCUSSIONS

Meetings of Russian and Turkish intellectuals in Antalya have become traditional. The third forum was held in January 2015. Topical issues of formation of the Russian and Turkish identity and mentality were discussed, as well as political modernization and the formation of a civic nation in Russia and Turkey. In the article the author's point of all the affected issues is considered.
