The article discusses some aspects of lobbying in modern states and its impact on various aspects of political life and culture. The main problems of lobbyism as a form of interaction between civil society and management structures are highlighted. Reflects the most important characteristics of lobbying as a complex socio-political phenomenon. Analyzed the possible directions of formation of the mechanism of legal regulation of lobbyism as a phenomenon, objectively inherent in the political activities of states.
