This article is devoted to the consideration of strategic partnership between the PRC and the Russian Federation in the context of expanding globalization and developing integration processes. In this article the author reveals the essence of strategic partnership, gives definitions, explains the difference from ordinary cooperation, and points out the differences in the strategic goals of these two countries. The article considers strategic partnership as cooperation in various directions. The strategic partnership of the Russian Federation and the PRC as cooperation in various areas is manifested. The developments of trade and economic relations, the implementation of large joint projects, the extension of border trade, and the processes of regional integration are emphasized. These issues are considered in this paper.
