Meetings of Russian and Turkish intellectuals in Antalya have become traditional. The third forum was held in January 2015 . Topical issues of formation of the Russian and Turkish identity and mentality were discussed, as well as political modernization and the formation of a civic nation in Russia and Turkey. In the article the author's point of all the affected issues is considered.
