The article discusses the components of success for economic growth and especially reform of China. Study of issues related to the economic growth of the Chinese economy the author begins directly with considering the causes of this success, i.e it's components. The article notes that the Chinese leadership was able to achieve phenomenal economic performance in all major areas of economic policy and promote the improvement of human development indicators from the very beginning of the reform i.e. from 1978 to 1995. Particular attention is paid to the question of finding the features of market reforms themselves.
