        <p>The article discusses the history of the Uighur region. A description of the emergence of the first state formations on the territory of the district. We study the creation of Uighur Kaganate played an important role in the development of self-designation of the people. The peoples united in kaganate were called Uighurs. Considers rebellion against the Uighur people of the Qing Dynasty.</p>
